Warranty

  1. EnoLED stands behind the quality of its products and offers a limited warranty for a period of six (6) years (or such longer period as may be specified on EnoLED’s website or product specification sheet at the time of purchase) from the date of shipment of the Goods (“Warranty Period”). During this time, EnoLED warrants that the Goods will meet the specifications outlined in EnoLED’s published specifications at the time of manufacture and will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials.

    However, please note that proper design, configuration, and installation are crucial for optimal performance, and EnoLED’s warranty does not cover issues caused by improper installation or usage. It is important to adhere to EnoLED’s recommended guidelines and consult with licensed professionals for design and installation.

  2. Except for the warranty stated in section (1), EnoLED does not provide any other warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
  3. The warranty does not extend to any third-party products that may be included or associated with the Goods. EnoLED does not provide any warranties for third-party products, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, warranty of title, or warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights.
  4. To make a claim under the warranty in section (1), the Buyer must contact EnoLED within thirty (30) days of discovering or should have discovered the defect and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and RMA number. The Buyer must then return the Goods to EnoLED’s designated facility, including the signed RMA form with a description of the defect. EnoLED will examine the returned Goods and verify the claim of defect.
  5. EnoLED’s warranty does not cover situations where the Buyer continues to use the Goods after notifying EnoLED of the defect, if the defect arises due to the Buyer’s failure to follow EnoLED’s instructions for storage, installation, commissioning, use, or maintenance of the Goods, or if the Buyer alters or repairs the Goods without prior written consent from EnoLED.
  6. In accordance with section (4) and (5), during the Warranty Period, EnoLED may choose to either repair or replace the defective Goods (or part of the Goods) or issue a pro-rated credit or refund based on the time elapsed since the delivery date and the stated product life. EnoLED may also request the Buyer to return the Goods at EnoLED’s expense.
  7. The remedies specified in section (6) are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the Buyer for any breach of the limited warranty in section (1), and EnoLED’s liability is limited to the remedies provided in this section. Disclaimer of Warranty

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL ENOLED INC LIGHTING BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR IN TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) NOR FOR LOST PROFITS; NOR SHALL THE LIABILITY OF ENOLED INC LIGHTING FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, USE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCTS, OR SUPPLY OR ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS THEREFORE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO ANY LIABILITY OR DEFAULT UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS, PARTS, OR SERVICES DELIVERED HERE-UNDER WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, FAILURE OF OR DELAY IN DELIVERY, OR OTHERWISE. NO LABOR CHARGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL. THIS CLAUSE SHALL SURVIVE FAILURE OF AN EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

Shipping Policy

Freight Allowance Program to the United States (48 States)

  1. Freight is allowed on orders in the amount of $500 or more with the exception of the following product lines: ELD and Meanwell XLG. To qualify for freight allowance on ELD and Meanwell XLG product lines, the minimum order amount must be $1500 or higher.
  2. For orders below the minimum amount the standard freight charges will apply.
  3. EnoLED reserves the right to select the carrier, typically UPS Ground or an equivalent service. Expedited shipping is available at the purchaser’s expense.
  4. For drop shipping orders with a total order value below $500, a processing fee of $25 will be applied. This fee covers the additional handling and administrative costs associated with drop shipping smaller orders.

Freight Allowance Program to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Caribbean Islands

  1. Freight is allowed on orders in the amount of $1500 or more with the exception of the following product lines: ELD and Meanwell XLG. To qualify for freight allowance on ELD and Meanwell XLG product lines, the minimum order amount must be $3000 or higher.
  2. For orders below the minimum amount the standard freight charges will apply.
  3. EnoLED reserves the right to select the carrier, typically UPS Ground or an equivalent service. Expedited shipping is available at the purchaser’s expense.
  4. For drop shipping orders with a total order value below $1000, a processing fee of $50 will be applied. This fee covers the additional handling and administrative costs associated with drop shipping smaller orders.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping can be accommodated upon customer’s written request on the purchase order. The purchaser will be responsible for covering the full cost of shipping charges, irrespective of the order size. Please note that expedited shipping options are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
The customer should clearly communicate their preference for expedited shipping on the purchase order to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

Delivery Schedule

Shipping dates are approximate and dependent on timely receipt of ordering information. EnoLED aims to ship products according to the agreed delivery schedule, unless otherwise stated. While efforts will be made, the company is not liable for orders requesting earlier shipping dates than the current delivery
schedule. Common carriers are used, and EnoLED retains the right to select the carrier of choice. EnoLED is not responsible for any losses incurred due to late order arrival.

All returns require prior approval from EnoLED and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Defective Items Under Warranty

  • We accept returns of defective stock and custom items covered under warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for the specific product.
  • EnoLED will evaluate returned items and will repair, replace, or substitute items that are found as defective or issue reimbursement for the original purchase price.

How to Return Defective Products Under Warranty

  • Complete and submit an RMA form.
  • EnoLED will provide you with a return label to facilitate the shipping of the items to our offices for evaluation.
  • Once the returned items have been evaluated and found to be defective, EnoLED will issue credit to the customer.

Stock Items

  • Orders canceled before shipment will receive a 100% credit. 
  • Stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, substitution, or credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders canceled after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus the cost of freight for the original outgoing order.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any returned item.
  • Please note that custom products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

How to Return Stock Items

  • First, complete and submit the RMA form. Our Customer Service will provide you with an RMA number.
  • Return the product in its original packaging, including all components (e.g., instructions, accessories), along with the provided RMA number.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning the items.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If your order has been damaged during transit by the shipping carrier, please contact EnoLED within 15 calendar days of delivery to initiate an RMA/damage claim. The return process for damaged items follows the same procedure as for defective items.
