Shipping Policy

At EnoLED, we take pride in offering competitive shipping solutions to our valued customers. Our Freight Allowance Program is designed to provide you with cost-effective shipping options for your orders to North America. With our extensive network of shipping locations and high stock levels, we ensure prompt and reliable delivery to your doorstep. 

Freight Allowance Program to the United States (48 States)

  • General Orders: Freight is allowed on orders totaling $500 or more (excluding LED channels).
  • LED Channels: Orders totaling $500 or more of LED channels qualify for free freight. If the total LED channel order is below $500, a flat $50 shipping fee will apply.
  • For orders below the minimum amounts specified, standard freight charges will apply.
  • EnoLED reserves the right to select the carrier, typically UPS Ground or an equivalent service. Expedited shipping is available at the purchaser’s expense.
  • Drop Shipping: For drop shipping orders with a total order value below $500, a $25 processing fee will be applied. This fee covers the additional handling and administrative costs associated with drop shipping smaller orders.

Freight Allowance Program to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean Islands

  • General Orders: Freight is allowed on orders totaling $1,500 or more (excluding LED channels).
  • LED Channels: LED channels do not qualify for free freight to these locations. Standard freight charges will apply to all LED channel orders.
  • For orders below the minimum amounts specified, standard freight charges will apply.
  • EnoLED reserves the right to select the carrier, typically UPS Ground or an equivalent service. Expedited shipping is available at the purchaser’s expense.
  • Drop Shipping: For drop shipping orders with a total order value below $500, a $25 processing fee will be applied. This fee covers the additional handling and  administrative costs associated with drop shipping smaller orders.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping can be accommodated upon customer’s written request on the purchase order. The purchaser will be responsible for covering the full cost of shipping charges, irrespective of the order size. Please note that expedited shipping options are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The customer should clearly communicate their preference for expedited shipping on the purchase order to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

Delivery Schedule

Shipping dates are approximate and dependent on timely receipt of ordering information. EnoLED aims to ship products according to the agreed delivery schedule, unless otherwise stated. While efforts will be made, the company is not liable for orders requesting earlier shipping dates than the current delivery schedule. Common carriers are used, and EnoLED retains the right to select the carrier of choice. EnoLED is not responsible for any losses incurred due to late order arrival.
